Payment failures may happen if your credit card is expired, or if the amount required exceeds your credit limit.
What to do if your payment fails on the Plus plan
If your payment fails on the Plus plan, please verify that all of your information is correct by going to Settings > Edit Payment Info. If everything looks fine, please contact your bank for further information.
What to do if your payment fails on Cacoo Pro, Teams or the Education plan
To fix this, please go to the 'Payment' tab on your Nulab Account, switch to a new credit card or update your existing credit card’s information.
